Belinda brings a tried and tested methodology that enables successful transformation and offers a broad range of tools and techniques to overcome complex challenges in a simplified way.
EXPERIENCE: Many years of corporate business experience in both commercial and people functions, coupled with a comprehensive educational background in psychology enables Belinda to offer a wide range of effective solutions. She works in partnership with clients from across a broad range of industries to evolve leadership skills in the workplace, with particular focus on increasing mental resilience through positive human connection and 'easy-to-use' people systems.
EXPERTISE: Belinda brings strategic HR expertise, L&D specialism, executive coaching and sound psychological knowledge to highlight fresh and new perspectives that can unlock potential barriers before it becomes issues for business leaders.
